Tamandaré, Pernambuco, Brazil A 47-year-old woman, Silvanice B.L., was found murdered in a rural area of Tamandaré. The victim's hair had been shaved off, and she had been partially decapitated. Preliminary information indicates that the prime suspect is the victim's partner, who remains at large. Silvanice worked as a municipal community health agent. |
