Sad to see this young person die. Brazilian architects have a great eye for innovation. I personally like their minimalist views, which are evident in some nice neighborhoods by the beach. American investors can have their dream house build by the beach for about 1 million US. Same type of house will set you back 6-7 times more in the South or East coast of the US.
