A 57-year-old man, who had mental disorders, killed his 58-year-old wife and 34-year-old son with blows from a piece of wood and stabbings whilst they were sleeping. Afterwards, the man committed suicide, apparently by slitting his throat with a cutting saw.

An 8-year-old child was in the property at the time, but they managed to escape and take refuge in a neighbour's house.

Early Friday morning, he had a dream in which his son, who lived in the same residence, had killed him. Then, waking up from this dream, he began to strike his son with a stick, the police chief reported.

The man's wife, who was a retired teacher and worked for many years at a municipal school, became distraught upon witnessing the attack on her son and was also stabbed to death by the same perpetrator.

An 8-year-old child, the man's granddaughter, was in the same residence, and the perpetrator himself asked her to flee and seek shelter at a relative's house. (how noble)
