Looks like the guy was shot by a special forces police squad, those guys are just like the gangs in the Favelas but wear a badge. BOPE goes as far as having a skull with a bayonet inserted on its top, they are killing squads composed of murderers, not too different from the criminals they go after, the citizens at large always complain about abuses and excessive force from those militarized groups, real bad motherfu#@#rs but hey, it is Brazil! |
