ISIS ran over a couple of blokes with a tank a few years back. Pretty much the same thing, except without the turbo switch turned on.

Dumb motherfuckers; the both of them. The driver for not seeing him with such an unobstructed view and the victim for running forward instead of jumping sideways out of the way. I knew Brazil was violent but I didn't realize the populace was so violent and stupid  |
