seriously though who the fuck murders someone over a phone? this lady is absolutely insane and needs to be locked up. i expect anyone with sense to have some kinda self defense weapon on them, regardless of the area they're in. but... self defense isn't LITERAL MURDER. i hope she gets hers in jail

False. All we can really tell by the video is that she felt entitled to search him and tell him what to do. She was probably a spoiled brat. And idk how things are in brazil, but in the USA that kind of search would never be justified. Like Ferocity stated above me, an educated hunch is not evidence of a crime. With that logic she should have been able to murder that guy because in the course of their argument she had an educated hunch that this homeless guy was gonna attack her. At least in the USA, greatest country in the world, nothing about this interaction wud be legal and the homeless man was right to not have to put up with being embarrassed in public while somebody accuses him of a crime and throws all his stupid stinky shit all over the place. Even if he was an asshole asking for money and stuff before that |

I am at a loss in trying to figure out what you are labeling as "false". Everything I said was caveated by 'If" or "perhaps", showing that I was merely speculating about possibilities and not making any dogmatic claims regarding matters of fact. You are absolutely correct in noting what little we can tell from the video. You also engaged in speculation, however. She may have been a "spoiled brat" as you suggest; perhaps someone there told her that the guy had been messing with her stuff - pure speculation in both cases. Nobody here has defended murder, regardless of what the circumstances were. |

[PHP][/PHP]Fuck all the way off with that bullshit. I was accused of stealing from the store I was shopping in. Humiliated when the associates surrounded me as the manager went thru my purse and about 4 bags of stuff I had bought from the stores before that shoe store. And when she found I didn’t steal shit. She told me she knew I had stolen everything in those shopping bags. Threatened to call the cops on me. Then I remembered every receipt I had from the purchases were still in my wallet. Had to stand there, surrounded by her coworkers and watch the bitch touch all my stuff, cross check every fucking item. I stole not one fucking thing. And even at the end of it all, when she angrily handed back my belongings, none of them even uttered an apology. So fuck off with your: just let the person humiliate you and treat you like worthless less than 3/5 of a human being. |
