I meant, of course, that I wouldn't dream of justifying her violence. Depending on what did or did not happen off camera she may or may not have been given good grounds for believing that the man had been messing with her stuff. IF (a huge IF) that was the case then she would have some justification for wanting to look through his bag. Of course she was wrong in resorting to violence in the end. |

Yes, she did escalate the situation to its tragic end, and yes again she probably wouldn't have done that to a regular Joe. I didn't see anything definitive about whether or not he actually stole something from her. Did they even bother to check after the whole thing went down the tubes?

You idiots who think it's okay to just go through people's property because you have some "educated hunch," are completely ignorant of the law, of the concept of "innocent until proven guilty," and of common sense. You stupid fucks sound like modern criminals who think it's "correct and right," for someone to be obligated to prove that they're innocent. Nobody should have to have an obligation to prove a negative; they have to prove a positive in order to even lawfully detain you. In case you didn't know, it is logically+physically+mathematically impossible to prove a negative  The law of the land around here is The Constitution of the United States of America; which is an iron clad contact in writing enforceable in a court of law persuant to the statute of frauds. Those same rights we have in writing here in America are equal to every human no matter how or where they're born or are physically at (yeah even Brazil). The reason everyone has those rights is because they are "god given," rights that all men and women possess equally; not because they're written down on some piece of paper. The Man had every right to give her consent to search through his bag, or to refuse (which it looks like he did not refuse); and if he refused the search THAT DUMB MURDEREROUS BITCH HAS NO LAWFUL RIGHT TO GO THROUGH HIS STUFF. She could have had someone call her phone to see if the man had it on him or she could have done a citizen's arrest until a police officer showed up. We all have a right to be free of unlawful searches without due process; EVEN THE HOMELESS IN BRAZIL. Furthermore, she was a real asshole the way she would pull stuff out of his bag to then throw it on the ground. BITCH; are you gonna pick that up after you realize he didn't have your phone!?
