No. Mortar lifting charges do not continue to create thrust, and they also wouldn’t embed themselves into a person. A mortar lifting charge is a one time split second “boom” that pushes the mortar out of the tube. This was a rocket with a salute. They’re extremely common in South America and also Germany. |
