I never realized that fireworks that powerful could be legally sold in Brazil to ordinary citizens; especially if it's strong enough to kill someone.

I got curious and looked up Brazil in regards to fireworks. I didn't know they are the second largest producer of fireworks in the world; right behind China.

Just an observation.
