Brazil - Woman Gets Rocket To The Face
"38-year-old resident of the Brazilian Sao Paulo, E.T., went to the ocean beach in Praia Grande to watch the fireworks, which were arranged by the local city hall on the occasion of the New Year. Minutes after the onset of 2023, one of the vacationers set off his fireworks, the charge caught on the woman's clothes and exploded before E.T.'s 41-year-old cousin could throw it off.

The woman died in front of her entire family - her two children aged 13 and 18, mother, stepfather, cousins and sisters, along with their husbands. A man who tried to help a relative received numerous burns."
