Looked like the dock was reflecting the sun from behind her, she either straight up didn't see it or was blinded by the sun and squinting or something.

She was so young and pretty. So sad. But she shouldn't have been going that fast so close to shore, especially if she was new to PWC's. As mentioned earlier, maybe she just didn't see the dock. But even if there was no dock she could have hit a swimmer. Thanks, Simone.
