Brazil - Trying to Revive a Drowned Young Man
On the afternoon of 17th January 2021 in Ilha do Fogo (Brazil), C.V.S. drowned. Attempts were made to revive him, but it was too late. *Several comments on FB, from various people, state that although 'C' was a nice young man, he was often drunk. It's insinuated that he was drunk when he drowned.
