Still breathing so he should be fine

Also Im not sure that’s a hernia. It looks to be located too far laterally. I think it might be a large keloid scar based on how it looks but can’t be sure.

"A man survived after being shot seven times, most of them in the head, in the Alvorada neighborhood of Manaus (AM). The victim, an ex-convict, had threatened to report drug dealers if he did not pay a debt. He was taken to João Lúcio Hospital in serious condition. The police are investigating the case as attempted murder."

So he lived? Wtf?

People in that part of the world have never needed a brain, so it’s no surprise he survived. As long as he can put his flip flops on and eat monkey soup and bang and kill his family, he’s good to go.
