Also Im not sure that’s a hernia. It looks to be located too far laterally. I think it might be a large keloid scar based on how it looks but can’t be sure.

Ive seen some pretty bad one an inmate and other people that did not get them fixed.. They pop out wherever there's a weak spot from what I understood...
