A fair point, but we have the power of hindsight. We know we're about to watch somethng that looks like a targeted hit, and we know the immediate area doesnt provide a whole lot of options for cover and escape. Hiding behind Tubby bought him a little time to consider the possibility of this not just being a robbery, which even in Brazil, I have to think would be everyone's first guess.
