E. B, 65 years old, was shot by a PM in front of the Police Headquarters in Guarujá (SP) on Febr. 28, 2022. Two military police officers would have been hit by his shots, which he fired in the direction of the agents after arguing with them.

Two PMs, whose identities have not been disclosed, would have been hit by Brazzolin's shots, one of them in the shoulder and the other grazing the face. The two survived. The civil police officer, in turn, died at the scene.

The lawyer for the family of E.B, a civil police officer who died in front of the Guarujá Police Headquarters , on the coast of São Paulo, says he cannot believe in an alleged exchange of fire with military police at the scene, according to the agents' defense.

"It's not believable that a civil police officer would exchange fire with military police officers at the door of a police station. It's hard to believe it, unless he went crazy and fired at random.

If that were the case, for me, it would be much easier. But that's not what happened. The amount of documents I came across, at least, allows me to have doubts about this story", said Renato Cardoso, in an interview with TV Tribuna.

One of the military police involved in the case, who prefers not to be identified, claims that the group of agents took the attitude in self-defense, since B. had entered the police station in an excited manner and even fired first. According to the PM, one of the civilian policeman's shots grazed his face, while the other hit a colleague from the corporation in the shoulder.

"I'm waiting for the investigations. They will say if there was self-defense, if there was excess in it or not. We are not here to investigate and find a culprit at all costs.

What the family wants is the truth of what happened. Not just what happened at that time. day, but what motivated the events of that day. We have the death of Luan [a friend of B's son], in November 2020, involving the same military police officers ", adds the lawyer.

According to the aforementioned military police officer, it all started when a team approached and led a man - known to one of B's sons - who had cursed agents in the corporation's vehicles.

So the guy who pulled the pistol was the off-duty cop. I find it kind of funny how often shit like this happens. Cops are used to, and in fact trained to escalate confrontations with others until they get what they want or someone is dead. So it's no shock that this happens constantly when the confrontation is between two cops.

Most of the time when a cop kills another is because the dead police was going to spill the beans on his co-workers. Latin cops are all corrupted. Just like the most of the cops in the US and other places. Cops in the South are the very worst in the US.
