Brazil - Man Stabbed to Death Whilst Waiting for a Haircut
On the afternoon of 5th May 2022 in Guarantã do Norte (Brazil), 43 year old N.F. was murdered. 'N' had been inside a barbershop, waiting to get his haircut, when 2 men entered the building. The duo approached him + began stabbing him. 'N' tried to defend himself, but it was no use + he died at the scene. A few hours later, one of knifemen was arrested. The 36 year old was drunk at a bar + other customers had held him until the police arrived. He claimed to have killed 'N' as he had killed his brother.

 ...so if they shoot you in the middle of a haircut, is the barber still owed payment? Can he legit sue your estate (which consists of an overdrawn super savings account with two overdraft fees) for the cost of his ministrations? |
