Re: BRAZIL: Man Peeks Over Fence and Gets Shot in Face
What can are you running on your MCX? Why didn’t you opt for the USP tac instead of the SD? Most guys do it for because of the size but personally I don’t mind carrying a full size large auto

Nice gear! You make me feel naked and under-armed xD as i only walkaround with a Ruger EC9s ConCarry, and an auto-knife in the pock.. usually a Benchmade or ProTech. |

Re: BRAZIL: Man Peeks Over Fence and Gets Shot in Face
Your own insecurities and lack of experience are obvious. I don't carry guns to be a tuff guy, I carry to protect myself and other innocents. Not to feel macho, but because evil is everywhere and I like to be equally or better equipped. I don't have any scores to settle, and I walk around dressed like the local peasantry so I blend in. My daily goal is to look like anyone else eating at the diner/Cafe or standing in line at the bank. While at the same time, likely being the most dangerous motherfucker in a 3 mile radius... I've saved many lives over the years. I've ran into burning buildings and dragged people from burning cars. I've taken down gang bangers and junkies and put them where they belong... What amazing things have you done while, "settling your scores like a real man"? |

Re: BRAZIL: Man Peeks Over Fence and Gets Shot in Face
I have 2 USP45's (tacticals) as well, I do carry those from time to time. Really depends on ammunition availability and my current, "stock pile". Since I carry a few different setups depending on the threat level, and level of concealment needed (like deep concealment, when discovery inside a non-permissive environment would be really bad) it's convenient to carry just 1 caliber (9mm). Glock 43, 43x and VP9 OR/Tactical (with Trijicon RMR when running NOD's). The extra capacity of the 9mm vs 45 is also nice. But the fact that almost ALL 45 ammo is "natively subsonic" is a real bonus when 9mm subsonic isn't readily available, especially upon my arrival. You can only take small amounts of ammunition on commercial aircraft. The USP9SD is basically a Tactical in every way except for the trigger. So I sent mine into HK to have the trigger upgraded to the USP45T match trigger. They told me they had only ever done this to my pistol, surprisingly. One other drawback is the lack of a barrel O-ring. So the accuracy isn't quite as good as the USP45T, which begins getting noticeable around 200 yards. https://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/gu...hk-usp-sd-9mm/ |
