APUCARANA, (March 9, 2024) — In a tragic event that has shaken the community of Apucarana, Pirapó, Brazil, Bruno EdS Jr, 33, suddenly lost his life after being shot in the face during a party in the early hours of Sunday, the 9th. March. The unfortunate incident occurred in a residence on Rua João Batista Judai, in the Pirapó district, in Apucarana.

According to witness accounts, Bruno was enjoying the celebration when he heard gunshots coming from the neighbor's house.

While trying to find out what was happening, he climbed onto a gas cylinder stand to try to see over the wall, at which point he was fatally shot in the face.

Local authorities, alerted by neighbors, quickly went to the scene. Despite efforts by first aid crews, Bruno was pronounced deceased at the scene.

A search warrant was quickly obtained for the attacker's home, but he had already escaped. Searches were carried out on the vehicle, a red Fiat Toro, in which the attacker is presumed to have fled.

During the inspection, various firearms were found, including a shotgun modified for .22 caliber, a 12 gauge shotgun and various ammunition. Law enforcement officers, along with investigators, agents from the Medical Legal Institute (IML) and criminalistics experts, carried out the relevant procedures at the scene.
