addiction is a limping, one-eyed whore, she croaks, don't speak, and will slowly fuck you from behind with a 20 inch blade until your eyes spurt blood. I should know, I've been dancing with her for thirty years. And yet, the only time I came close to dangling at the end of a rope was because of an achy breaky heart. I still have that damn rope, my punching bag hangs from it. I am sorry for this man's loss, weird that he didn't ask anyone to cut off the rope immediately.
