I think he was motioning to everyone that his left arm no worky...That's a crying ass shame because he won't be giving himself any more "strangers"...I would want to die too!

Wonder if he is conscious enough to feel pain, I know he is writhing but idk where I heard or saw, but sometimes even the most damaging injuries are felt as a dull pain...something like that.

The pain is expressed by his moving around and his restlessness. Sometimes, people in pain jerk around because it's a distraction from the pain their feeling. It's a weird phenomenon. I've experienced this before though not by being shot.
