I wonder if that huge stack of double stuff oreos stopped any of those bullets.
They sure did, no dust is seen on the opposite side.

Bullets shape and weight differential along it long axis causes destabilization even by light things you'd hardly believe capable of doing it.
The end result is yawing or deflection which affect bullet penetration.
