Brazil - Couple Burned As They Slept Due to Lightning Setting Their Home Alight
On the morning of 25th February 2020 in Iranduba (Brazil), a couple died when a lighting strike hit their house + set it on fire. 53 year old L.C.D.S.S. + 60 year old M.F.D.L. had been sleeping when the lightning strike hit their home. The couple's home did not have electricity so they had a store of fuel which contributed to the house going up in flames. It's said that the bodies of the couple were found in an embrace.

One of the most ignominious endings we have seen for bodies on Documenting Reality (by authorities). Being disposed of in your own 55 gallon partially melted rain barrel or trash can. Lightning was loud, it must have detonated the fuel immediately or they could have escaped. I wonder if it was really lightning or maybe there was a gas explosion and the locals thought it was lightning. Or it could have been "Jewish Lightning" (arson by owner to collect insurance)... |

Costco sells those barrels for 18% less than the hardware stores. You just have to have a membership but you can get a low priced hotdog while you're there so its kinda worth it.
