Re: Brazil - Body of Robber Who Was Shot + Dismembered
Organized crime has always ‘taken care’ of their community so long as protection money in the region is paid. If a store gets robbed by a thug that’s unaffiliated to anybody, the mafia or organized crime group in the area views it as 2 offences: 1. The store owners in the area, while being extorted, still do get the benefit of having mafia protection. If you steal from these stores you’re making the mafia look bad for not doing its job. 2. Cartels and mafias take a percentage of earnings from the stores they ‘protect’, so by robbing a store, you’re effectively robbing the cartel/mafia themselves. Both are directly disrespecting the gangs, and both warrant execution. My dad fled Calabria in the 50’s because his valley town was having 'Ndrangheta crime bleed into his remote area. On my nonna’s (my dad’s mom) side, they were all thugs and gravitated towards the mafia, but my Nonno (dad’s dad) was all earnest and didn’t want to see their town be corrupted. So they left Italy, and our cousin recently tried to open up a McDonald’s franchise chain nearby the old town and the mafia told him it would hurt the hard working restaurant homeowners in the area, so he’d need to pay a ‘subsidy’ to keep the community happy. My cousin abandoned the plan to build a location after that. |

What's the point in dismembering after one's already dead. Psychological domination & Messaging I guess. The ones who did that will be dead sooner or later in a similar fashion.. there's no escape from this... cycle goes on & on

This is the first time I’ve ever seen someone hold two pistols in one hand.
