When I lived in Thailand many years ago all the rental scooters had the front brake backed right off "So you don't skid on gravel" was the reasoning......  So then you only have a back brake, which it looks like this clown locked up and made him spin round and fuck off under the bus.  I assume Brazil has the same ass backwards mentality? |
