But he didn’t even try to evade the dumpster when he must have seen it… He HAD to have seen it as soon as he started his maneuver. He was not distracted driving, it’s not like a person starts passing another vehicle without looking ahead! And, it definitely doesn’t look like other accidents we see, ones where people are actively trying to avoid hitting things...  |
