First off, as he's in his 40s a full grown ass man, he could have easily bought condoms, used them, taken them with him to dispose every time they had sex.

This was a 19 year old girl. Naive, probably believing he loves her, will care for her. Fed her fairytales. Not realizing this pos was just using her for sex.

Also. Lack of sex health education, availability to clinics and pharmacies is probably an issue too.

There are 42 methods of birth control for women and 2 for men. No woman gets pregnant who does not want to be pregnant. The woman is in control of the birth, that is why it's called birth control. Just another douche viewing women as children who have to be perpetually looked out for, and no matter how close that is to the truth, blaming the man is a bit weak.
