ROFL, you think American parent tracks their kids better? Between kids shootings up their schools, falling into gorilla cages, and raping and killing each other. I don't think parents in North America are faring any better.

Eh i played on train tracks all the time as a kid. All we did as kids down in Florida. The difference is the ability of the parent to instill some intelligence into their offspring. We knew to watch for trains, and we knew trains would fuck us up. I actually miss those days, flattening penny's and such.
