This was a nightmare from a tactical point of view. They had the high ground at the beginning as they had drawn on the guy before he had a chance to do anything. They fucked that up when they went in to hook him up... If they held firm instead of advancing they could have lit him up nice if they saw him reaching. Lack of training at its finest.

They should have waited for a better place for apprehension rather than confined quarters of a office on private property with people all around, I'm willing to bet the bounty company gets sued big for these guys gung-ho tactics.
They knew the dickhead was likely armed, that wasn't the place to play cowboy IMHO.
