They should have waited for a better place for apprehension rather than confined quarters of a office on private property with people all around, I'm willing to bet the bounty company gets sued big for these guys gung-ho tactics.
They knew the dickhead was likely armed, that wasn't the place to play cowboy IMHO.
They should have waited for him to exit the building, more room out in the open to confront him. Trying to struggle with a suspect and his gun with desks and chairs - and bystanders - in a confined office was really going to be bad news.

From the reports I've read, only the two bounty hunters and the criminal died. No one else was injured. Could have been a lot worse, I think there was a kid in the dealership towards the end of the video.
