I followed the link you posted and found a couple of articles that basically stated he killed his ex-wife, then went on a mini rampage killing another couple of people - a father and son - and injured another 3 people before killing himself. A motive wasn’t mentioned but they did say he had a criminal record for drug smuggling and some other dumb stuff. It would be useful if someone could translate what he says in the video but it seems he’s an angry guy that decided people should die because he’s very angry. I think he talked about killing his enemies so his state of mind was probably a little on the fragile side to say the least.
