I saw a much longer version of this on Usenet. You see see people stumbling around that are most likely fatally injured before they drop. One guy can be heard speaking in english: "Get me to a hospital!"

This amused me it reminded me of when we were all Mods on lambrettas and vespas .

Bird scooter broke down and there were 8 of us all looking in her vespa open petrol tank for blockages ,
we were all smoking **** and roll ups and spliffs at time when a nugget from the joint fell in hahahaha
