Re: Bolivian Police Officers Beating Criminals
Hurr Durr Rurr Hurrrrr Both parties don’t fucking give a shit about us. All they care for is making their Welfare Kings and Queens wealthy at All Cost, at The People’s expense. Law enforcement is there to serve the wealthy and give those in power the entertainment they crave. Which is The People fighting each other over crumbs instead of taking on the worst crims in society. Also WTAF? Where the fuck have you been? The police in America are perfectly fine with crowds watching them, people recording them, terrorizing, brutalizing and murdering people. And for the most part, they get away with it all, thanks to...political leaders on both sides. What has either party done for us? Richest country and people are living paycheck to paycheck, drowning in debt, dying from curable illnesses because they can’t afford medical treatment. People like to point to 3rd world countries and call them shitholes. Yet how many millions of people are living in dilapidated conditions, can’t afford electricity, heat, are food insecure. How many towns are pumping poison in their residents water? 3rd World countries actually working to get clean water. But Almighty US shitholes can’t. |

Re: Bolivian Police Officers Beating Criminals
There is no law that forces police to protect you. Police role is to uphold the law. "The US Supreme Court has made it clear that law enforcement agencies are not required to provide protection to the citizens who are forced to pay the police for their "services." In the cases DeShaney vs. Winnebago and Town of Castle Rock vs. Gonzales, the supreme court has ruled that police agency are not obligated to provide protection of citizens. In other words, police are well within their rights to pick and choose when to intervene to protect the lives and property of others — even when a threat is apparent." |

Re: Bolivian Police Officers Beating Criminals
Would it be possible that cutting paychecks and welfare would encourage people in hoods to find a job, study something, or start up their own businesses in their neighborhoods? It seems that welfare is a system created just to extend the lifespan of the hoods forever. I'm not American, so I ask you with genuine curiosity and would like to know your opinion. |
