Colombia. Yesterday morning, Naín Andrés Pérez Toncel, known as Bendito Menor, and his romantic partner Rosa Angélica Tarazona, known as La Bebesita, and two of their bodyguards, all members of the ACSN, were killed during a tactical raid.

Just a day prior to the raid, a rumor put online by authorities claiming Bendito Menor, a high-profile commander of the ACSN had been killed by his own men.

In response, he fell into the intelligence trap by posting a video online to prove he was still alive. Colombian intelligence used that exact transmission to pinpoint his live location, leading immediately to the heavy tactical raid.

Bendito faced multiple arrest warrants for aggravated homicide, extortion and kidnapping. Rosa Tarazona was not just his partner but also managed finances, logistics and payments for the criminal structure. She had previously been arrested in 2025 but later fled house arrest to reunite with him in hiding.

The death of Bendito Menor leaves a vacuum in La Guajira, meaning the ACSN's primary focus will be appointing a successor to his front to defend their drug-trafficking corridors and extortion rings from their fierce territorial rivals, the Clan del Golfo's.
