first mistake they made was not be on both sides of the car and stay there, if the cop was on the passenger side and stayed there would have been so different, should have called for more backup,

That punk should receive the death penalty with no chance of an appeal. What he did is right there on video so there's no doubt. He thought he could whine and beg his way out of trouble because he didn't want to go to jail. Now that's where he'll be until he dies one way or another. Unbelievable that he thought shooting and killing an officer was a better option. I do wonder what he was on that gave him the strength to withstand being tazered, pepper sprayed twice and pulled out of a car by two trained officers.
