Looks like he'll have his choice of execution method, but lets be honest here, considering who he killed, the odds of him surviving through all his appeals seem pretty fuckin slim. Its only a matter of time before we hear he was found dead in his cell from an "apparent suicide".

Exactly, I was sick of the officer's, 3.2.1, again and again. Then the "I don't want to have to tell you again, an again, an again... should have popped David's ass long before giving him any option. But it's clear he did not want to get out of the car cuz the police would have found his gun on his person. I don't get it. David killed a Sargent, wounded a officer, and fucked his own life away. They were only doing their job. I'm sure the Sargent didn't want to get shot either. R.I.P.

Wow. That was the most intense bodycam footage I've ever watched. I was pretty speechless for a bit.
