You can hear the fear in his voice as he's calling his boyfriend's name at the end. The cops were already down, so who would that act have been for?

That's just how junkies operate. They'll always try to squirm out via the path of least resistance, but stupid panic will cause them to scorch the earth once they're out of options. That's even more reason why Ware needs to be executed for this.

Is that why study after study shows that that white officers are actually *more* reluctant to shoot black suspects? Is that why prisons are full of *living* black people? Is that why only something like 13 unarmed black suspects were shot last year?

And even more sense once you've familiarized yourself with his record. He's been coming up on this dead end since he was 18. He's done at least 2 felony stints in prison, one about 1.5 years and the other about 3 years. He was too much of a fuck-up to learn his lesson and change even though he knew the day was coming when he was gonna be looking at 10, 15, maybe even 20 years. June 29th wound up being that day, so of course he was gonna flip out and fuck up as big as he possibly could. He was running from the end of his life as brought on by more stupid decisions than he could weasel out of this time.

No, he knew full well that the officers were soft + weren't going to do a damn thing to endanger his life. The stupid whiney prick was having a toddler tantrum because he couldn't get his own way.

Those officers were ridiculously nice to him, they should have leapt on the cunt + arrested him. Instead, they stupidly gave him chance after chance + ended up dead + the other fucked for life.

This piece of shit refused to comply with 2 very easygoing officers (a rarity from what I've seen with American cops), just so he could pull out his gun + destroy their lives.
