This happened to be an example of a justifiable shooting. Rare, but it does happen once in a while.

He's a San Diego Sheriff. Thought I understood what his job entails. I knew nothing....... Just listening to the officer's breathing in the car.....damn.

wrong its not very high matter of fact it is low. What is high is another weekend of 86 murders in Chicago but no one talks about that? 4,800 arrest-related deaths came during a period in which the FBI estimated that there were nearly 98 million arrests made nationally. That's .005 percent of all arrests, some of which will be deemed justifiable homicides. With that a cop is killed every 58 hours so sell your crap some were else

nah you're wrong buddy. think how many hundreds of thousands of cops there are and compare that to how many you see fuck up. its a very small %.

rare? I would say it's rare that the media plays it up compared to a more questionable one

Unusual for a cop to show any kind of remorse after shooting a perp, he was visibly upset and genuinely didn't want to pull the trigger on the guy.

This is a great example of how quick some piece of shit can threaten the lives of innocent people. Good shooting and a public service is all I see here...

The only reason YOU think it is rare is because the media only shows them when they are questionable. If they showed every justifiable shooting, they'd be on every news segment every day.

Just because you don't have any appreciation for what they do every day, doesn't mean you are right in hating cops. 99.9% of them are doing their jobs the best they can and prefer to save lives over taking them.
