I'm not positive about where this was, but I believe it goes to Grand Jury so it can't be "kicked up" to a higher court, and this way, they get it done and over with, and the Officers and everyone involved and get back to work, or move on, or start protesting, whatever. But I'm pretty sure I've read it's a "shortcut" to avoid more court time.

MSM ignores videos like this because it doesn't fit the administration/BLM narrative of all cops racist & black men are victims. Can't show the black man shooting a cop. Great job officers! One less Muslim recruit in prison!!!
