Wow.

And this is why cops tend to be tense and stay on the side of caution in a traffic stop...... They could die in an instant.

Why in the hell did this even go to a grand jury? He tried to shoot a cop for no reason. Should the cops just let him run away with a gun so he can turn around and shoot at them again?
Fuck that, this is the best possible outcome. At least now the taxpayer doesn't need to warehouse that guy in prison.
In my home state of Tennessee ALL officer involved shootings go to a grand jury, no matter how obvious justification was. Maybe they just cover their ass that way?
