It upsets me that their body cams are not upward, but lowered down. If they are not going to wear them properly they don't need to wear them at all. I am all aware of how to record a "situation" happening in the prison system and it's just not right. Voice commands are taught to be given at all times... even when they are dead. And they never die on the prison grounds.
Louisville cops are dirty not all but a majority. And they ended up in a lawsuit with this mans family, one of the multiple my city has had to pay to families bc they’re so trigger happy
