Also, I'm no physician of any kind, but if the bullet went through the rear portion of his head, the how did the blood make it to his mouth? Ruptured nasal cavity?

To fix the timing delay:
Save video
Open it in VLC
Ctrl+E (Tools Menu, Effects and filters)
Synchronization Tab
Audio track synchronization -2.200 s (Hastened)
