India. A 24-year-old man riding without a helmet died on the spot after a high-speed collision Sunday night.

The victim, A, a motorbike mechanic, was returning home when the accident occurred in the central part of the city.

As he was passing through another speeding motorbike coming from the opposite direction collided with him, throwing him to the ground. He sustained a severe head injury and died on the spot.

Residents alerted the Police, who retrieved A’s body and sent it to the Government Hospital for post-mortem.

The other rider, identified as 36-year-old S, survived the crash as he was wearing a helmet. He is currently undergoing treatment.

Further police investigation is underway.

There’s eight fucking feet of sidewalk on both sides of the road. Why are these idiots just walking on the driving part of the road when they could safely be walking on the SIDEWALK!?!

It’s more their fault than either of the motorcycle riders although the one fool without his helmet got exactly what he was driving to, a quick death.
