Driving in the DR is a life and death ritual. The moped drivers are so very stupid. The truck drivers are the worst. Both parties have no respect for each other on the road. The police is the worst in the DR. They do not ever give a ticket unless you are a foreigner. For that, they often try to scare you in to give them money. The DR is the very worst of all the Caribbean drivers. |
