I mean, the pole is clearly off the road. Should not have been anywhere near the pole. I could see it if was in the road like a stoplight. But, any number of reasons that he could have veered off the road.

He never knew how to steer, period. At this point he is TWO lanes out of his lane, (through the opposing lane, and over into the opposite lane ditch area.) You only have so much room to maneuver. If you can't stay in your lane, don't ride.  |
