Your gas is as good as mine. On closer look, maybe its a red backpack with brown crap squeezed out of it by the tree. Or maybe his helmet and backpack were both red and smashed together. I am on a tiny laptop screen and it is difficult to see. A translation of what the narrator is saying might help. Either way, he is fucked and beyond repair or help from Jesus...
