If the traffic laws are the same in Brazil as in the US, the truck is legally at fault, but the guy on the bike is who actually fucked up. He could have avoided that accident easily by just veering onto the right shoulder. I bet he was looking at a cell phone.

I was in that exact same situation and I'm still here. Obiously he could have calmly get off the road to the right, which is what I did. Wasn't even a close call. Had the time to completely stop and flip the idiot driver who was overtaking on a continuos line. I like to think that many years of watching videos here have made me extremely wary whenever I'm driving or just taking a stroll. |
