Biker Doing a Wheelie Fatally Hits a 65 Year Old Woman
Russia. The elderly woman was on a crosswalk and died after impact. The bike rider on his BRZ PR300 dirtbike was previously been charged with traffic violations when he was 16 years old. His parents paid the fines for him. He was arrested.
