Did his helmet explode or did it end up in the car?

The car was most at fault for making that slow as hell, unsafe maneuver, but the biker also should've seen them and had time to stop. You always maintain a "cushion" for reasons just like this. Completely avoidable death and everyone involved was stupid.

Both at fault. Car did not behave in an assertive manner, you could even say erratic, pulling in like that for no reason, then making that wierd turn. Car should be stopped waiting to turn in full view, wheels straight, other cars going past him inside.

Biker was going too fast.

Both at fault.

Re: ~Biker Crashes Into Car-Instant Death~

Difficult to say without seeing where the Biker was coming from , assuming this is a straight Road the car could have been a bit more patient in the first place as he caused the accident not the biker ,if the biker was really visible to him. And for the biker , sadly ,he paid the price for not been ready for a worst case scenario.

Re: ~Biker Crashes Into Car-Instant Death~

At the coroner's office one of the first things I noticed when I started the job was a large bin full of cracked helmets in the cold box where we parked the after hours pick ups. After picking up enough bikers in the coming months I decided that I would never buy that motorcycle.
