~ The main one responsible for this 'accident' was the motorcyclist for speeding. I get the feeling he was going to try to overpass the white car anyway, but didn't expect the black car to make a U-turn. ~ And although the black car was making a U-turn, it was legal, and, it was already obvious that the white car wasn't traveling fast, was stopping, and had it's brakes on.  |

I believe your analysis is a bit, uh, flawed. He was u-turning over a solid yellow line. It is hard to discern because of all the dirt.

Probably different country to country. But U-turns are usually illegal unless designated. Because they are so dangerous. And there's a area to turn around and reenter on the shoulder.  But either way, biker speeding, his fault anyway. People need to learn to lay the bike over in these situations. Scrub way more speed and maybe live. At least not fly 20 feet into the air. |
