bus failed to use a turn signal and the overtaking, probably speeding, biker failed to pay attention or brake in time.  |

Definitely riders fault, but as a bus driver myself, you have to use your turn signal. Maybe this could have ended different.

You know what the one thing is that I've never once seen in any of these traffic fatalities from the Asian areas? A turn signal. Common sense is also pretty rare, but perhaps turn signals would help at least a little.
